🛒 Orders

Once an order is placed through our website, we will begin processing it. You will receive a confirmation email containing your order details once your order has been successfully processed and accepted.

Please be advised that an order is only considered binding once you have received this acknowledgment email. This allows us to ensure that all requested titles are in stock and in appropriate sellable condition.

For customers selecting manual bank transfer as their payment method, we kindly request that the payment is made within 12 hours of placing the order. Ihya Al-Uloom reserves the right to cancel any unpaid orders beyond this timeframe.

A 4% processing fee applies to all orders made through our online checkout. However, customers choosing manual bank transfer will automatically receive a 4% discount, effectively waiving this fee.

🚚 Shipping

Once your order is confirmed, Ihya Al-Uloom will dispatch your parcel using the shipping service we deem most suitable for your order.

For international orders, if a shipping cost is not displayed at checkout, we will contact you with the most cost-effective and reliable shipping option. You will then have the opportunity to accept the shipping charges or cancel your order for a full refund.

Please note that customs or import duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to shipment.

While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery times are approximate and may be affected by external shipping delays beyond our control.

In the event of damage during transit, Ihya Al-Uloom will do its best to assist you in resolving the issue, although we cannot accept liability for such damages.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns under normal circumstances. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items, and we will do our utmost to resolve the matter.

If the item has been damaged due to shipping, we will assist you by providing the relevant details for you to raise a claim with the courier.

If the damage is not the result of shipping, Ihya Al-Uloom will assess the issue. Based on the severity, we may offer a complete or partial refund, or the option to return the item.

Please note that the determination of damage and eligibility for compensation is at the discretion of Ihya Al-Uloom.

We kindly ask for your understanding that minimal imperfections can occur due to the nature of international logistics. Books may pass through several stages—from printing in one country to freight handling and distribution across multiple regions—before reaching you.
